Compliances

Last updated: April 5, 20261 min read

The Compliances section shows whether a company is up to date on its regulatory filings — primarily GST (Goods and Services Tax) and EPF (Employee Provident Fund).

What you'll see

GST Compliance

  • Filing status — Whether GST returns have been filed on time
  • Connected GSTINs — Active GST registrations linked to the company
  • Expired GSTINs — GST registrations that are no longer active
  • Filing dates — When the most recent filings were submitted

EPF Compliance

  • Filing status — Whether EPF contributions and returns are up to date
  • Filing history — A record of recent EPF filings
Note:

Compliance data is fetched from government records. Use Unlock/Refresh to pull the latest filing status.

Why it matters

Consistent, on-time filings are a strong indicator of a company's financial discipline. Gaps or delays in GST or EPF filings may signal:

  • Cash flow issues
  • Administrative disorganization
  • Potential tax liabilities or penalties
Tip:

Check the Compliances section alongside the Credit Bureau data for a fuller picture of the company's financial health and credibility.
