Customize columns
You can customize which columns appear in your Leads table and rearrange their order to match how your team works.
Show or hide columns
Click the Columns button
On the Leads page toolbar, click the Columns button (next to the filter icon).
Select your columns
A drawer opens with a searchable list of all available columns. Check the columns you want to see and uncheck the ones you want to hide.
Click Apply
Click Apply to update the table. Only your selected columns will be displayed.
Reorder columns
Within the column customization drawer, you can drag and drop columns to change their order. The order in the list matches the left-to-right order in the table.
Right-click on a column in the drawer to quickly move it to the top or bottom of the list.
Reset to defaults
To restore the original column layout:
- Click the X icon on the purple Columns button, or
- Open the drawer, clear all selections, and click Apply
This returns the table to the default column configuration.
How to tell columns are customized
When columns have been customized, the Columns button turns purple with a purple icon. This visual indicator helps you know the table isn't showing all available data.
Pinned columns
Some columns — like Company Name — are pinned and always visible. They cannot be removed or reordered through the column customization drawer.
Your column settings can be saved as part of a view. When you select a saved view, its column configuration is applied automatically.
