Bulk add leads
If you need to add several companies at once, you can use the Bulk Add feature to enter multiple identifiers in a single step.
Add leads in bulk
Open the search bar
From the top navigation, click Search to expand the search bar.
Click Bulk Add
In the expanded search view, click the Bulk Add button. A text input modal will appear.
Enter your identifiers
Paste or type your company identifiers separated by commas. You can use any mix of Company Names, CIN, LLPIN, PAN, or GSTIN numbers.
Click Confirm
Click Confirm to process all entries. AICA will match each identifier to a company and add them to your pipeline.
Bulk Add uses comma-separated text input, not file uploads.
Example input
Reliance Industries, U72200TG2008PTC059575, AAEFH9936L, Tata Motors Limited
Each identifier is processed independently — if one doesn't match, the others are still added. Companies that already exist in your pipeline will be skipped.
