Add a lead

You can add a new lead to your pipeline directly from the top navigation bar on any page. AICA will search its database for the company and pull in key details automatically.

Open the search bar

From the top navigation bar, click the Search button in the top-right corner.

Enter a company identifier

Type at least 3 characters into the search bar. You can search by Company Name, CIN, LLPIN, PAN, GSTIN, or Website.

Select from the results

Results appear in two groups — Already Added (leads already in your pipeline) and Add New (companies available to add). Click a company under Add New to proceed.

Review and confirm

A confirmation modal appears with the company details. You can optionally add a Website and Brand Name — AICA will attempt to auto-fill these from its database. Click Confirm to add the lead.

Tip:

If the company you're looking for doesn't appear in search results, type the full name and click Add new organisation at the bottom of the dropdown to create a fresh entry.

What happens after adding a lead

Once confirmed, the company appears in your Leads table with a New status. From there you can:

  • Assign a Lead Owner to the company
  • Set the Relationship Status and Lead Source
  • Open the company profile to view the full AICA Report, Debt Options, and Dataroom
