Share a deal from Debt Options
Once you've identified the right products and lenders, you can create a mandate and share it directly from the Debt Options page.
Step 1: Select products and lenders
Expand a product row
Click the arrow on a product to see the matched lenders underneath.
Select lenders
Check the boxes next to the lenders you want to include in the mandate. You can select lenders across multiple products.
Review aggregated terms
As you select, a footer bar appears showing the Aggregated Mandate Terms — the combined amount, ROI range, tenure range, products, and security across all selected lenders.
Lenders that already have a shared deal for another product appear grayed out and cannot be selected again.
Step 2: Create the mandate
Click Create Mandate in the footer bar. AICA creates a draft mandate with the selected products and lenders. The button changes to Update Mandate or Share Mandate once created.
Before sharing, AICA runs the mandate qualification checks. All checks must pass for the mandate to be shareable.
Step 3: Share with lenders
Click Share Mandate
Once qualified, click Share Mandate to open the Mandate Sharing Drawer.
Review lender details
The drawer shows a table of selected lenders with their terms — Amount, Tenure, ROI, Products, and Security. Above the table, you'll see the aggregated mandate terms summary.
Select lender contacts
For each lender row, use the Share Deal With dropdown to choose which specific people at the lender should receive the deal.
Set End Use of Capital
Select the intended use of funds from the End Use of Capital dropdown.
Click Share With Lender
Click the Share With Lender button to open the sharing modal.
Step 4: Add notes and attachments
The Share With Lender modal lets you customize what gets sent:
- Deal notes — Add a description or message for the lender using the text editor
- One Pager — Auto-generate a deal summary document by clicking the One Pager button, or upload your own
- Attachments — Attach supporting documents (investment reports, financial summaries, etc.)
For each attachment, you can toggle whether it should be sent to the lender or skipped.
Step 5: Send
Click Send to share the deal. The system:
- Updates the deal status to Shared
- Updates the Last Shared column in the Debt Options table with the current date
- Locks the shared product-lender combinations (they can no longer be edited)
- Sends notifications to the selected lender contacts
A success modal confirms the deal was shared, with an option to View Deals in the Deals tab.
After sharing, track the deal's progress in the Deals tab. You'll see status updates as the lender reviews and responds.
