Edit your company profile

Last updated: April 5, 20262 min read

The company profile provides AICA with the financial and business data it needs to calculate accurate probability scores and match the right debt products. The more complete the profile, the better the recommendations.

Where to find Edit Profile

Editing the company profile to improve debt product recommendations

The Edit Profile button appears in the top-right corner of the Debt Options page, showing the current completion percentage (e.g., "Edit Profile 45%"). Click it to open the profile form.

Note:

If the profile is 0% complete, the Debt Options page may show an empty state with the message "Edit Profile to view products with probability".

Profile sections

The Edit Profile form is a multi-step form with the following sections:

Borrower Profile

Basic company information — legal name, website, industry sector, business model, and company structure.

Borrower Financials

Key financial metrics — revenue, costs, assets, liabilities, and financial ratios. This is the most important section for probability calculations.

Preferred Terms

The borrower's desired deal parameters — preferred amount range, tenure, ROI expectations, and acceptable security types.

How profile completion affects recommendations

Profile completionImpact on Debt Options
0%No probability scores shown — products listed without ranking
1–50%Basic probability scores calculated, but may be inaccurate due to missing data
50–99%More accurate probability scores and better lender matching
100%Full probability calculation with the most accurate product recommendations
Warning:

If the company's audited financials are outdated, you'll see a banner: "Update latest company financials to check your eligibility". Update the Borrower Financials section with the most recent data.

Profile completion and mandate qualification

A fully updated profile is one of the mandate qualification criteria. Specifically, company financials must be 100% updated with actual data in the last 90 days before a mandate can be shared with lenders.
